Supplies Needed:
PSP- I used Version X2 (but older version should work) 
1 tube *I used the work of Jamie Kidd, you can purchase tubes Here*
Scrap Kit By Me, you can purchase the whole kit Here *freebie also available*
Template, made by Me
Mask
 
 
Notes:
All settings will remain the same unless otherwise stated
This tutorial assumes you have a working knowledge of PSP
From a kit you will need:
3 papers
1 paperclip
1 flower elements
2 "other" like elements
 
Open all supplies in PSP and minimize.
 
Ready? ... Let's Play!!
 
 

1. Open a new Image, 550x550, with a Transparent Background

 

2. With your Flood Fill Tool,
Flood fill this background with white

 

3. Layers>New Raster Layer
Maximize paper of choice, Edit>Copy (you can now close this paper)
Back to your canvas, Selections>Select All
Edit>Paste into Selection
Selections>Select None

Layers>New Mask Layer>From Image
Find the Mask13Duplicat

Layers>Merge>Merge Group

 

4. Maximize the Template, Edit>Copy (you can now close the template)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste as a New Layer

 

5. With your Magic Wand, settings below, select 2 sides of your template. 

Maximize 2nd paper of choice, Edit>Copy (you can now close this paper)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste into Selection
Selections>Select None

 

6. Again Magic Wand, select the middle circle of your template.
 Maximize 3rd paper of choice, Edit>Copy (you can now close this paper)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste into Selection

Selections>Modify>Expand
Settings: 2 pixels

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, use these settings:
Vertical:0 Horizontal:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15

Selections>Select None

Repeat Drop Shadow on template layer

 

7. Maximize your tube, Edit>Copy (you can now close your tube)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste as New Layer
**you may need to resize & sharpen, I resized mine 80%**
Move your tube to a desired position on your template

 Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, use these Settings:
Vertical:0 Horizontal:0 Opacity:100 Blur:15

 

8. Maximize your paper clip, Edit>Copy (you can now close your paper clip)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste as New Layer
**you may need to resize & sharpen, I resized mine 20%**
Move your paper clip to the top right corner where your circle paper meats the square on the template

Image>Free Rotate

 

9. With your Eraser Tool, settings

You want to erase the small part of the paper clip (shown below)

**you may want to zoom in so you can see what you are doing**

 

10. Maximize your flower, Edit>Copy (you can now close your flower)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste as New Layer
**you may need to resize & sharpen, I resized mine 20%**
 Move to the bottom right corner of your template

 

11. Maximize your "other" element, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your canvas, Edit>Paste as New Layer
**you may need to resize & sharpen, I resized mine 20%**
 Move to the bottom left corner of your template

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow, use these settings:
Vertical:0 Horizontal:0 Opacity:70 Blur:10

Layers>Arrange>Move Down

 

12. Repeat above step using your 2nd "other" element
**you can use the same element for this as well**

Image>Free Rotate

 

13. With your top layer active.
Add any Text if desired.

 

14. Add your copyright info and watermark
Layers>Merge All (flatten)

You can now crop any excess white away as well as resize to your desired size.
