Save the attached zip and unzip it to a folder of your choice. Open your tube of choice as well as your other supplies, minimize all but the template for now.
*For this tag I have used no papers, but 6 different colors. So you might want to start out by selecting your first 2 colors as your foreground and background.
1. With your template active, Duplicate it and close the original
Delete the top layer that has my credits on it.
We are going to work from the bottom up,
So activate the very bottom rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #1
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Activate your template rectangle layer again
Delete this layer
^delete
2. Activate the skinny tale rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #2
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Activate the template skinny tale rectangle layer again
Delete this layer
3. Activate the circle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #3
4. Set your 'Miss You' as your pattern

Flood fill over your color with your pattern
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Activate the template circle layer again
Delete this layer
5. Maximize your flowers, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move it over to the far right of your canvas

6. Activate the top small white rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Maximize your tube, Edit>Copy (minimize tube)
Back to canvas, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your tube so a part you are happy with is in the selections
Selections>Invert
Hit Delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None
Layers>Merge>Merge Down
7. Activate the small frame layer for that box
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #4
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Activate this frame template layer again
Delete this layer
8. Activate the middle small white rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your tube so a part you are happy with is in the selections
Selections>Invert
Hit Delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None
Layers>Merge>Merge Down
9. Activate the small frame layer for the above box
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #5
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

Activate this frame template layer again
Delete this layer
10. Activate the bottom small white rectangle layer
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your tube so a part you are happy with is in the selections
Selections>Invert
Hit Delete on your keyboard
Selections>Select None
Layers>Merge>Merge Down
11. Activate the small frame layer for the above box
Selections>Select All
Selections>Float
Selections>Defloat
Layers>New Raster Layer
Flood fill with color #6
Selections>Select None
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
*Same Settings*
Activate this frame template layer again
Delete this layer
12. Maximize your beads or ribbon, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Image>Free Rotate

Move it down to the bottom of your canvas

Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

13. Maximize your curly ribbon, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Repeat until you have 3 different Ribbons
Resize the ribbons to your likeing
**I mirrored 1 of the ribbons as well**

Make sure the top ribbon layer is active
Layers>Merge>Merge Down
Repeat
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
*Same Settings*
14. Maximize your Clip, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move your clip to the top left corner on top of your ribbons
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
*Same Settings*
15. Maximize one of your Gems, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Resize if needed and move to decorate the small frames
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow
*Same Settings*
Repeat for the other to Gems

16. Maximize your Tube, Edit>Copy (you can now close this)
Back to your template, Edit>Paste as a New Layer
Move to your desired spot on the tag
Effects>3D Effects>Drop Shadow

17. Add any text or your name if you want.
I have used the font English111 Presto BT
Foreground color #2f3855 and Background color #ffffff
18. Layers>New Raster Layer
Add your watermark and any appropriate copyright info
Layers>Merge>Merge Visible
Save and you are done!!
